League Information for 2023 Fall Outdoor Soccer

ALL AGES ARE DETERMINED BY CALENDAR YEAR. 

U6 CoEd - will play in house leagues at Overlea fields.

U6 COED (01/01/2018 - 12/31/2019)

Overlea will provide: In-house league participants will receive a jersey and soccer ball.

U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 & U19 - will play other recreation councils in the Eastern Area Soccer League (EASL)  with most of the games being played at Eastern Regional Park.

U8* (01/01/2016 through 12/31/2017) - COED

U10* (01/01/2014 through 12/31/2015) - boys and girls separate teams

U12* (01/01/2012 thorugh 12/31/2013) - boys and girls separate teams

U14* (01/01/2010 through 12/31/2011) - boys and girls separate teams

U16* (01/01/2008 through 12/31/2009) - boys and girls separate teams

U19* (01/01/2005 through 12/31/2007) - boys and girls separate teams)

Overlea will provide: All EASL League participants (U8-U19) with a full uniform kit consisting of jersey, shorts, and socks. Our uniform kits are custom ordered, so please be sure to select the correct size when registering. 

Player & Coach Requests:  When registering, there is a field for 'Participant Requests'.  If you would like to request placement with a particular coach, with particular player(s) , or have other requests please be sure to make a note of it when registering.  We will do our best to honor requests, however we cannot make any guarantees.  Once teams are formed, the rosters will be locked and we will be unable to move players.

Game U8 through U19 game schedules are determined by the league.  Games may be on weeknights, Saturday, or Sunday.  Overlea Soccer cannot guarantee a particular day of play.

All teams U14 & younger will typically practice 1 or 2 days a week &  play 1 game a week (TBD). 

U16 & U19 will play games 1 day a week. Practice is possible for this age but not gauranteed and is dependent on Coach & field availability.

All times will be determined dependent on the number of teams.

Practice fields will include Linover Park, Overlea High School, Elmwood Elementary School and the Fullerton Community Center.  U6 will play games at Linover Park.  U8 & above will play in the Eastern Area Soccer League with most games being at Eastern Regional Park.

Overlea Soccer reserves the right to from CoEd teams within select age groups if registrtions do not support separate Boys and Girls Teams.  Additionally, if registrations do not support separate U16 and U19 age groups, Overlea Soccer reserves the right to combine the two age groups into one High School age group.

Parents: Each player will need shin guards, socks that cover shin guards and cleats (optional but recommended) for U-8 and above.
